Android BOINC 7.16.16 will suspend while on a charger

Thus far I have found multiple times that BOINC is suspended while on a charger. Opening the lock screen it then shows BOINC Suspended. When I further unlock my phone, I find that tasks are still in the process of suspending, then after a minute they resume computing.

Google limited background activity of applications (even when device is charging). So if application goes to background, soon it will be paused by the Android scheduler.
Closing this as not an issue.
