Android BOINC 7.16.16 will crash when phone not on charger

After using my phone for the day, I often find that BOINC has left the theater and refuses to automatically restart when I put it back on a charger.

This is different than #4197 where it will crash when I do anything on my phone, as that happens while it's being charged.
This I often don't even notice. I just use my phone as normal, and eventually the BOINC icon is gone. When I then put the phone on the charger BOINC doesn't autostart either (#4203). It's happened already that I put my phone on the charger and forgot to check on BOINC, so it's done nothing during my sleep cycle.

Should be fixed in the new release. Please reopen this ticket if this issue will be still there after testing a new release
