Replace mongodb training tracking with tensorboard

TensorboardX allows better visualization of training data. However, when using tensorboardx the data cannot be uploaded remotely as easily as with a DB. Hence the local files must be copied every couple minutes to the monitoring (master) instance.

It is easier to create ssh acccess to a server to upload via rsync or scp than installing a mongodb.
