Looks like the latest release (1.1.3) is not published to PyPI. Could you help publish this version?

3.10 is also out. If this gets released then I will do one for that also.

@huntzhan Thanks. I have just published 1.1.3 manually. Actually I think the publish script is too slow should be revised.
