Please download our extension on the Visual Studio Code extension marketplace or download the source code and package your own vsix file.
To do this run the following commands:
npm install -g vsce,vsce package,- In Visual Studio Code navigate to the extensions tab and click 'install from vsix',
- Select the vsix file that you generated in step 2.
