In this PR, the handleAuditEvent function has been added to the hostApi in IpdDashboard, addressing the issue encountered when adding a drug to the drug chart. With this change, the drug will get added to the drug chart without refreshing the UI, Also, it ensures that audit logs are correctly recorded for IPD activities.
