First fully functional beta version

nxtManager aims to simplify as much as possible the use of Nxt. We tried building nxtManager to be quick and overly simple to install.
We want it so simple that our grand-parents can use it.

-Simple Windows MSI install
-Open/Unlock Nxt account
-Forging
-Send NXT
-Create/Check Alias URI

You can build the executable yourself by downloading the source from here using Visual Studio 2010 upwards.
