Initial Release

This is a massive rewrite of the original module built by Dietmar Isenbart.
It now uses

• Joomla Caching (automatically refreshes on new day)
• SimpleXML to read the data file
• an overrideable module layout
• an overrideable, optional CSS file
• language strings for all output
• IcoMoon icons for the external links
• ...
