Implemented most of the functionality of UTF8. It needs testing. Also, fixed a few bugs along the way.
Does not allow Undo/Redo/Paste when read-only.
Shows tabs and spaces if requested. Fixed double tab issue. Fixed tab positioning issue.
Fixed tab size calculatio issue. Fixed overwrite mode cursor width issue.
Better recognition of words.
Will stpo at the end of the file.
Fixed moving through tabs and words.
Editor ended up in an infinite loop when font scaling was less than 1.
It might have been a problem when multiple instances were created.
