Bugfix: LivePointer and In-app screen sharing minor issues

Fixes:

• A LivePointer defect mirroring the live pointer for the camera device when back camera was selected
• A Camera defect rotating the camera stream when the device was face-up or face-down
• A bug that prevented the in-app screen recorder from starting when it was not stopped in a previous call
• A bug that prevented the in-app screen recorder from being stopped when the associated stream failed to publish
