-Fix issues that caused the randomizer processing to be stuck in an infinite loop on certain seeds and flags

Install Instructions:

Changelog since 1.8.0.Pre-3:
-IMPORTANT: Fix role levels, atb levels, and accessory nodes not all appearing
-Enemies identified: Verci phases, Anima Manipulators (also fixed typo), Bart 1 faces
-Identified ctool as Omnikit (doesn't do anything btw)
-Identified ? treasures in Archylte, Mah'habara, and Faultwarrens. Only the Archylte ones have been changed, others are correct
-Fixed error in Treasures tab if no location selected
-Particle Accelerators and Ultracompact Reactors now guaranteed in shops for shop rando

Change forgotten in 1.8.0.Pre-2:
-Eidolons will no longer lose their "None" stagger point

Changelog since 1.8.0.Pre-2:
-New Enemy Stat, Element/Debuff Resistance, and Run Speed plandos
-Added CP Cost to crystarium plando
-Added new Randomize CP Cost flag
-Added help tabs to list required flags for plando and extra info if needed
-Gave Tesseract treasures better names
-Changed default value for plando from 0 to -1 (to allow for 0 values)
-Randomized values are more varied now (closer to pre 1.8)
-Plandos from old versions are now able to be migrated to work in new versions

Also, forgot to mention this semi-important change for resistance rando from the first 1.8.0 pre release version:
-Bombs will keep their absorb element unless it is determined that the party only has that element and no non-element attacks (in that case will be reduced to halved).

Since it is a pre release, there may be issues with plando (not including anything that will intentionally break the game) and the new resistance rando logic may allow for some extreme edge cases.

Changelog since 1.8.0.Pre:
-Fixed crystarium and shop plandos causing errors.
-Crystarium plando will list characters who can use abilities in the dropdowns.
-Fixed crystarium with randomize stats off making empty nodes.
-Fixed treasure plando working with or without the flag on
-Added error messages (most of them useful) which will occur if there is an error in the randomization process (Ex: Lightning cannot have the Vendetta ability)

More documentation on creating a plando will come in the actual release version.

Changelog:
-Plando which includes: Treasures, Shops, Shop Locations, Enemy Drops, Crystarium, and Ability ATB/TP costs
-Rewrote logic for enemy elemental/debuff resistances. Now is randomized based on the party's abilities available and the enemy's base resistances. Can be affected by the stat randomization flag to make enemies more or less resistant in general.
-Rewrote crystarium node placement, which now allows for accessory and ATB level nodes to appear in secondaries or even all in the same role.

Changelog:
-Modified Ability rando on crystarium to guarantee all full ATB abilities
-Modified Ability rando on crystarium to not allow normal and -ra buffs on the same character (was simple to change, hard to add as an option. makes the AI less confused anyways)
-Modified HP nodes to be at 90% value compared to before (probably still high HP, but taking steps in the right direction)
-Fixed shop location flag not working on mission shop rewards

-Added the unused ultimate weapons (Not easy to get)
-Added Randomize ATB Cost flag
-Added Randomize TP Cost flag
-Added Randomize Shop Contents flag (Unbuyable items in vanilla can be found, Treasure Hunter achievement should now be possible with this flag)
-Added No Shops challenge tweak
-Added Curasa as a starting MED ability
-Modified enemy drops for "rare" enemies, which are hard to farm, to have a higher chance for accessory and catalysts
-Modified mission rewards to not give gil (will be added again later), and repeat mission rewards are not as good
-Modified item weights once again
-Modified enemy level formulas (more varied in general. Ex: less varied on low level enemies, more varied on bosses)
-Modified enemy drops to be the same across all forms of an enemy
-Fixed run speed modifier tweak slowing you down instead. Now makes you faster as intended
-Fixed Forced Libra start when off and techniques not being shuffled across roles
-Fixed character stats/resistances getting affected by enemy rando
-Fixed tweaks not being saved to history
