Appveyor needs Android api 27 before its able to build. According to this issue it will be solved - no due date yet. |

@martijn00 dunno if you need to do anything on your end in Appveyor, but it should be able to build now according to their above ticket. |

Current state of trying to make a MultiTarget project instead. MediaManager, ExoPlayer, Forms are converted to MultiTarget.
