change to _PIPENV_COMPLETE=bash_source pipenv

Motivation and Context

fix the problem:

Usage: pipenv [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]...
Try 'pipenv -h' for help.

Error: No such option: --completion Did you mean --python?
