On page 19 of the spec is a table (table 12) which lists the "stream types",
"type IDs" and "content data types" for data streams. But there are only 2
columns. The column for "content data types" is missing.

There are a lot of missing pieces in the spec, which as you know is WIP, but
this is actually not a mistake in the table. There should be no content data
type column, because the content type can be toggled using a field in the
stream structure (see Table 11.)
However, the caption is obviously incorrect. Thanks for mentioning.

Ah I see: It is actually a reference to Table 5. Perhaps the naming convention
should be changed in Table 11 from "content data type" to "field type"? It's
the only place in the document where the term content data type is used.
