To clone a container and make a duplicate use the bastille clone sub-command..
ishmael ~ # bastille clone azkaban rikers ip
[azkaban]:Syntax requires a name for the new container and an IP address assignment.
Usage: bastille clone [TARGET] [NEW_NAME] [IPADRESS].
