Not every part of the game needs to be balanced out and still this gives cargo some fun projects to make.

I agree with Archanial, BZ may not be perfectly balanced but outright removing features that some people find enjoyable is imo, bad for the game's health.

There a better alternatives than outright removing, that should be the last solution to problems when all else fails. We have a few rebalance PRs open, some of which have pending changes (I really like #3504, could be imported further though)

SS13 is a mining and research station. Its job is to bring profit to NT and BZ is a valuable gas. Also your argument can be used for any ore / natural resource on lavaland.

What if ash storms broke the vents/scrubbers? Then they'd have to actually continually maintain their gas mining rig.

I would support something that reduces the insane amount of money generated from selling massive amounts of BZ (via global price elasticity) instead of entirely removing BZ from being sold.

This PR is significantly more favourable and provides a better long term fix for cargo gas exploiting rather than entirely preventing BZ sales which will be replaced by miasma farms anyway.
