About The Pull Request
Basically I've made it so that the "Track Mob" input list has been turned into a TGUI window for easier way of locating who it is you want to track, the interface itself now looks similar to the Ghost Orbit menu.
Oh yeah I've also made the input thingy into a tgui input list for the Teleport command ghosts have access to.
These two things were both done at the request of @Kenionatus
However the TGUI code itself is utilizing code that was created by jlsnow301
The PRs I grabbed code from are the following PRs from TG-Station:
Why It's Good For The Game
Allows for an easier way to find who or what you're looking for.

code: Altered the Teleport to Area input proc to a tgui_input_list version
