Spawn tabs

So, with the number of chats on some MU's, it'd be nice to have tabs in addition to the floating/docked windows.
The tabs make it easier to manage when you have a lot of them and conserve screen space when that's limited.

I was looking at this again and wondering, do you want the tabs to show activity? How many tabs are you thinking of having typically?

Well, I was thinking at least as many as there are chat channels. Most often around five or so which come up relatively often.
