Depends on #8

Adds lots and lots of dropdown blocks to go with the NxtDirectCommands component. Hopefully this will make it semi usable without having to dig up Lego documentation!

Testing

I tested that blocks get properly upgraded using this project: test11.zip

I was not able to test functionality as I don't own an Nxt 😢

Commit-wise

Also note this PR looks longer than it is. There were some functions that had a lot of parameters, and I decided to sprend them out 1 param per line for readability.

A few minor things to fix before merging but otherwise LGTM.
