change version of ngx-charts to angular 5 compatible version

Hey Sam, we are aware of this issue, It will resolve itself when we upgrade to 6. Sorry if this wasnt communicated with you. We aren't upgrading to 6 yet because we need to make sure things dont break this close to code freeze. when I downgraded to 7 I lost some features that I need in 8. We are leaving this for now because we know it doesnt break in any browser. |
