Inspired by the lua guy to make my own, definitely not the most efficient way of doing it as I have no idea how VPX encoding works. If only one day VP9 will be supported for uploads.
Requires pillow and ffmpeg-python to be installed as well as ffmpeg to be accessible through your PATH variable.
