Members can reset cave settings

Describe the bug

Not sure if it's working like that with BSkyblock, but on newest CaveBlock version (# CaveBlock Configuration 1.11.0), players who have rank of member/trusted can reset cave settings, no matter what owner changed.

My permission settings for players are:
-caveblock.island.settings.* (but even when it's deleted it still happens)
caveblock.island.settings

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Add member, set any setting to something different, let them click on TNT and settings are reset.

Expected behavior

Only owners or admins should be able to use reset to default.
