Describe the solution you'd like us to implement.

I would like there to be a setting in /is settings that allows me to Enable/Disable Other Player's Pets teleporting to my island.
People have found out they can TPA to someones island, get the person to accidentally hit 1 dog, and then the dogs can kill you, and the owner can pickup the loot.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

I tried to find a plugin to disable Pet vs. Player, but I did not find one that works in 1.15.2

Additional context

This could also be a full world setting, making it so that pets will stay at your island weather they are standing up or not, And not be in the settings at all, to prevent people from accidentally allowing this to happen.

This should be possible. There is an event that can be listened to that can cancel the teleport. Wolfs/dogs should teleport to you when the chunk they are in unloads so I assume if the event is canceled and the chunk unloads, they won't continuously try to teleport. Maybe the flag can be called ALLOW_PETS and have a wolf egg icon. Default would be to disallow pet teleporting and island owners can allow it as an island setting.
By the way, apparently there is a long-standing bug where wolves do not always teleport when the chunk unloads, so this might help players not lose their pets by having them stuck on another island.

What I was thinking was a admin setting, for per-island-pets. that way pets would not go to spawn, nor any other worlds. It would also mean we could use the limits addon for dogs specifically. This would mean that people never accedently bring their pets to other islands.
