As the 2 new gamemode addons have now been made level needs to know about them. there is no Commands for CaveBlock or SkyGrid registered in the addon.yml.

Changes config.yml to enable hooking into any gamemode
bf96527 
When upgrading, must delete config.yml to get new version.

Also changes placeholder names to be prefixed with GameModeAddon name in
lower case. e.g, %bskyblock-island-level%

It needed a bit more to enable hooking in, but it's done now.
