Usage

1. Make sure you have installed the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 or later.

2. Download the latest release of "Transparent Overlays" from here and run it.

Troubleshooting

• If the program doesn't start, try to disable any custom visual style or theme. (#1)
