Databoxes in Subnautica 2.0 appear to sometimes just not load in. We confirmed this in vanilla 2.0 without modloader or mods. For now, this includes a workaround:
Get within a meter of where a Databox is supposed to be (such as by using the integrated Tracker) and the locationcheck will be triggered.
