Close and take a deep breath.

Take another deep breath, then another.

When you're ready, open your eyes and consider:

Have you been sitting down for a while? Then do blood flow exercises.

Alternatively, you could just stand up for a little while.

It is a great idea to stand up for a couple of minutes every hour.

Have you spent more than 4 hours looking at your screen today? Then do these exercises.

Have you spent more than 12 hours looking a a screen today? Then take a break.

Done with the warm up? Then go back to the story.
