Currently we have a setting for some different printEngines. This will inform which print-fn we tell cider-nrepl to use.

CIDER supports setting the print-fn to something custom. We should too.

I think this currently stops Calva from being useful for projects like Esprit. Here are the docs for using CIDER there: https://cljdoc.org/d/esprit/esprit/1.0.0/doc/project-setup#emacscider
