Remove default key binding for turning off Calva key bindings

This should be removed because it causes confusion when people accidentally hit it. I think it probably is/will not be widely used, so users should set their own key binding for this if they want to use it.

This was added in #784. @wcerfgba, just letting you know you may need to set this key binding in your editor when this change occurs.
