Bforartists Power User Tools

Bforartists Power User Tools development, an addon with an additional set of user experience tools and operators to assist every day use.
I was requested by my biggest benefactor on patreon to have some custom UX toolsets, and another user also was ok to integrate some of his power tools (Haggis Tools by Steven Scott) - so with Iyads recommendation, we can have it as an opt-in addon.

I will start with this task of adding these two operators into the 3D View Animation menu and Key menus of the animation editors where relevant.

Operators

Animation:

- Insert Keyframe Left

Inserts an empty frame and nudges all keyframes to the left of the time cursor

- Insert Keyframe Right

Inserts an empty frame and nudges all keyframes to the right of the time cursor
