Ah and don't forget to update the tooltip then ... especially the part with always enabled. It is not. You enable it in the world tab ... |
Hm, and we should rename the Jitter to Jittered Shadows then too, to have equal naming. |

For Eevee we have in the world tab in the settings / sun / Shadow subtab a setting to adjust the shadow jitter. This setting counts for the final rendering.
The checkbox to do it for the viewport can be found in the render tab in the sampling / viewport subtab then. Which is crazy design. We have already a viewport display panel in the world tab, right below the settings / sun / Shadow subtab. No need to let the user hunt this prop elsewhere.
Task: move the Jittered Shadows checkbox to the world tab into the viewport display panel.
Note that we could also move the jitter property to the render tab into the render subsection right below. But then it gets disconnected from the shadow settings, which it belongs to.
