Im new to biglybt and ive tried to send a file to my xbox and its saying theres a transcode error. Can anyone help?

Hi. Thanks for getting back to me. It’s all good. I’ve figured it out. I just send them to my Xbox without transcoding. I do have an issue with my laptop. Despite running browsec vpn in chrome the laptop won’t let me download biglybt.
