🚀 Pull Request Description

Adds watch configuration to docker compose, along with volume and override names for celery.

Fixes #13

🧪 Testing Steps

Enable experimental in docker-compose config
docker compose up --build --wait
docker compose alpha watch
change a file and check the logs
