Ni_Lo personal portfolio + resume + site

Goals:

1. Make site landing page multilingual greeting
2. Then, introduction where person chooses animal and color scheme
3. This will be in a sticky/fixed nav after the first choice of color scheme and animal
4. Then, site w/ home page, about, resume, and links to code samples
