It would be nicer, if, instead of ERROR: Cannot encode 0x20 to DNAAlphabet{4}(), the message was something like: ERROR: Cannot encode byte 0x20 (' ') at position 19 to DNAAlphabet{4}().

Check if changing this reduces encoding speed.
