Debug/Verbose mode for Cordless

Some sort of debug/verbose mode for cordless.

Why

It would make it easier to solve mystery problems with Cordless if you could view exactly what Cordless was doing when something went wrong.

Implementation hints

API messages to log

• The current status of the websocket connection
• When a ratelimit is hit
• General opcodes and statuses
• any interactions with discord's api
