portfolio - update display of token card

What would you like to be added:

Currently, we're displaying total of locked and available balance on each token card. It causes confusion because the locked amount is not really usable but only serves as a guide for display. We need to display ONLY the available balance as this is the balance that will be usable.

• Display only available balance for each token card
• Remove token breakdown per token
• Remove split of percentage display for Available and locked
• Replace it with locked amounts. (no need to display USD values for it)
