All of liondani's transactions are expired before they are even sent. He is located in Greece GMT+2..

Times should already be in UTC .. more info from liondani has been requested

FYI, I get the time from the blockchain and apply the offset to fix the browser's "UTC" time. You'll probably got a WARN message in your console about the time being way off (more than 5 seconds).

This is fixed and deployed to wallet.bitshares.org .. A page refresh may be necessary.
