Bitcoin Interest V1

The initial release of Bitcoin Interest.

In the release is the following:

Windows QT Wallet 32 and 64 bit
Mac QT Wallet
Linux QT and Binaries

ATTENTION MAC USERS
There were some weird things with mac build, if you want to get it working right now, open terminal and run 2 commands.
1st command:

/usr/bin/ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)"

2nd command:

brew install automake berkeley-db4 libtool boost miniupnpc openssl pkg-config protobuf python qt libevent

This will install the depends missing from your Mac OS installation.

**Please note that these miners were tested on a limited number of cards and may not work perfectly for everyone. Each mining rig is different and will respond differently. We can't support everyone's unique setup, so please if one of these does not work, there are a ton of Equihash miners out there. Please try to use another before posting issues with mining. Thank you.
