The purpose of the Black Rook OpenGL GUI library is to add GUI functionality to the Black Rook OpenGL Library abstraction.
Contained in this release is a series of classes that enable end users to build both simple and complex graphical user interfaces on OpenGL via the Black Rook OpenGL Library.
This library also relies on the Black Rook OpenGL Utility library for resource management.
