Actually no

So, are you sure the IP address is pointing to the right device?

how can I force it?

Just add this at the customization area in your panel's yaml:

ota:
  password: "YourOtaPassword"

Try using your Wi-Fi password also.

You can also try without a password:

ota:
  password: !remove

If in the end you cannot find the last ota password used, you will have to flash it via serial cable. 😩
