Welcome to the mzDesktop wiki! This is still under construction, but will very soon host documentation and tutorials about how to install and use the mzDesktop toolset. Email williamM_alexander@dfci.harvard.edu for assistance if you're having problems.

mzDesktop is designed and tested for use with Windows 7 or later. Some amount of functionality may be available on other platforms (using the Python-based installation method), though tasks that rely on mzAPI direct instrument-data access (e.g., MGF extraction or the MS-MS viewer) will be unavailable.
