I removed the second part of the WHERE clause on Line 12, which set C.DIFFICULTY_LEVEL = D.DIFFICULTY_LEVEL. But this part of WHERE was redundant because C.DIFFICULTY_LEVEL = D.DIFFICULTY_LEVEL are already JOINED in Line 11.
