Added the first batch of new Jokers for the new Theme.
Bugfixes
-Cosmic - Taurus: No longer turns cards into Stone Cards.
-Combat Ace - Veteran: Is now a legendary Joker again.
-Combat Ace - Mercenary: Blueprint no longer steals money at the end of a turn.
-Combat Ace - Supplies: Blueprint no longer counts discards or increases the money gain. You still get Money when using Blueprint.
Balancing
-Cosmic Gemini now scales 5+0.25 per Token (was 5+1)
-Cosmic Gemini chance is capped at 120% now. (1 guaranteed retrigger + 20% chance for a second retrigger)
