gitlab webhooks not working

gitlab webhooks add webhook click

and test click ,
I wrote in deploy key

but,

message "Hook execution failed: getaddrinfo: Name or service not known"

in Webhookcontroller.php

$payloadstring = file_get_contents(php://input)

is null

What should I do??
