Hey, could you implement a limit of retries, so in case it fails for 5 or so attempts (the value should be based on the actual number of retries necessary in practice), the build would ultimately fail, instead of retrying indefinitely? |

Build was failing for me on AWS M6g Arm instance, apparently the faster CPU triggers a race condition. This change (suggested by jtc42 here: RPi-Distro/pi-gen#358 ) introduces a wait/retry loop to work around the failure.
