FIX slowtypemethod: algorithm still inputs with losses

just tried it, but:
Ctrl+V insert method replaced :::hg.xgis with: <ctrl+v or <ctrl+v or :::<ctrl+v
*Keyboard *insert method wrote the url, but it came out all wrong:

made sure my CPUs and RAM is nice and almost ≥90% used :D

closing as invalid, I did not add "type_delay": 0.25 to autokey.json

cross-posting my observation from autokey#596 :

I set "type_delay": 0.001

I can't remember if this has already been discovered, but it seems with superfast keyboard emulation typing there is not enough time for entering keycombo characters like : / ? = & (shift + numrow keys on my estonian layout):
