有没有arm64版本的安装包或者是arm版本的对应debian

arm一般都是用bootloader，不能用这种形式安装

我是想在一个arm架构服务器上使用systemabck制作一个系统备份，不涉及嵌入式的内容，也不能用这种方式安装吗

这个我也不太清楚。你可以自己试试。程序的主要过程是复制文件，arm如果有特殊的文件夹需要备份就要修改代码添加到程序里面。
