Hello, I am having issues compiling TFT_eSPI on a Lilygo T8 board. I know that ESP32-S2 boards are not fully supported right now, but I was hoping someone here has been successful in using this library on them and could point me in the right direction. I am kind of at a loss right now.
I have defined my User_Setup.h as follows:
// Setup for the TTGO T4 ("Bitcoin Tracker") ESP32 board with 2.2" ILI9341 display
// See SetupX_Template.h for all options available
#define ST7789_DRIVER
#define TFT_WIDTH 135
#define TFT_HEIGHT 240
#define CGRAM_OFFSET // Library will add offsets required
#define TFT_MOSI 35
#define TFT_SCLK 36
#define TFT_MISO 4
#define TFT_CS 34
#define TFT_DC 37
#define TFT_RST 38
#define TFT_BL 33 // Display backlight control pin
#define TFT_BACKLIGHT_ON HIGH // HIGH or LOW are options
#define LOAD_GLCD
#define LOAD_FONT2
#define LOAD_FONT4
#define LOAD_FONT6
#define LOAD_FONT7
#define LOAD_FONT8
#define LOAD_GFXFF
#define SMOOTH_FONT
#define SPI_FREQUENCY 27000000 // Actually sets it to 26.67MHz = 80/3
#define SPI_READ_FREQUENCY 20000000
#define SPI_TOUCH_FREQUENCY 2500000
Adding support for the S2 is on my TODO list but I have yet to buy one of those processors and I probably wont have time to look at this for quite a while. Some users have had success using that processor with SPI displays by using the HSPI SPI port but I have not tried this.
