[Enhancement] Add alignment controls for Blog Page > Links #10

When designing the Blog Page, the user can add additional links like the category ones shown here:
image

There are no alignment options for these links, so they're always left aligned.
add-alignment-options

It would be helpful to have alignment controls added for tag / category / comment links:
